Winter Melon Lotus Leaf Tea

This herbal tea combines the cooling properties of winter melon and lotus leaf, along with eight other natural ingredients, to support digestion and detoxification.

  • 1.Prepare 1-2 small packs of winter melon and lotus leaf tea bags, 1 teapot, and several cups (depending on the number of people);
  • 2.Brew the tea bags with 85°C (185°F) purified water and let it steep for about 7-8 minutes;
  • 3.If you prefer iced drinks, you can add ice cubes to the cup. (For those who prefer hot drinks, this step can be skipped);
  • 4.Pour the brewed tea into the cup and enjoy.
