1. Does Chalendar ship to my country?
We ship to United States, EU countries, United Kingdom and Asian countries. The other countries can not be shipped to due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.
2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping starts from US$60 (For United States). Due to differences in warehouse locations and shipping conditions, the free shipping threshold and standard shipping costs may vary by region. Please refer to the specific details displayed at checkout for accurate pricing information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Wrong Shipping Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.
5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
When the product is hand-made in Mount Wutai and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
Due to international transportation, it takes 2-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at service@chalendar.net
We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
