2. Pour 200ml of hot water at 85°C

3. Steep for 2-3 minutes before drinking

(You can steep the tea and let it cool naturally to room temperature before drinking in warm weather.)

All ingredients are organic and naturally air-dried, making them easy to store in a cupboard. The shelf life is 12 months.

After taking out a tea bag, remember to seal the pouch tightly and keep it away from excessively humid places.
